FRIÐR is an Old Norse concept that goes beyond the modern idea of peace as quiet or stillness. It speaks to a peace consciously created and maintained between people — a shared state grounded in safety, friendship, connection and freedom from conflict.

That idea is the foundation of FRIÐR Sauna Co.

We are transforming an old ice cream truck into a purpose-built mobile sauna and ice bath experience, coming soon to the Illawarra. The build is now in its final stages, ready to bring the ritual of heat and cold out into the places where people naturally gather.

Through the contrast of sauna and ice, we want to create space for people to slow down, challenge themselves, reconnect and share an experience that feels both grounding and alive.

Our mobile FRIÐR experience will be available for community sessions, events, private gatherings and other special bookings throughout the region.

Beyond the truck, FRIÐR Sauna Co. also designs and constructs custom standalone/mobile saunas, bringing the same attention to atmosphere, connection and craftsmanship into every build.
